This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all digital products purchased or downloaded from AriseENT.com and any digital platforms we own, operate, manage, publish content on (including YouTube and Spotify), or officially reference., including music, PDFs, game materials, artwork, and digital files (“Digital Products”).

1. License Grant

When you purchase or download a Digital Product, Arise Entertainment, LLC grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal, non‑commercial use.

You may:

1. Download and store the file on your personal devices
2. Print or view the content for personal use
3. Use the content as intended within the product’s purpose

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content

• Modify, remix, or create derivative works without permission

• Remove copyright notices or branding

3. Ownership

All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Arise Entertainment, LLC. You receive a license to use the content — not ownership of the content itself.

4. No Refunds

Digital purchases are non‑refundable, except where required by law.

5. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Digital Product.
